Ideally suited for plastic thermoforming, curing and heater systems with long heater-off cycles
Quartz infra-red heater elements
Short to medium-wave IR heater elements made from iron-chrome aluminium resistance wires inside highly reflective aluminium clad or stainless steel housing. Using metal studs rather than ceramic mounts, these heaters designed to withstand mechanical shock and are well suited to applications that involve continuous movement.

A punched slot in the reflector and a supplied spring and clip make element replacement easier. The pillar also houses screw terminals for connection and can easily be interchanged for ceramic elements.
