Some of our customers are responsible for the design of scientific research equipment - and the components we supply must meet their highly specific requirements or perform within narrow parameters. 

For example, we advised Agilent Technologies in the UK on the use of pressure sensors from Validyne Engineering within their 1260 Infinity II Multi-Detector GPC/SEC System, which can be found in scientific laboratories around the world. 

If you buy a drink from any major coffee chain in the UK, chances are the cup you are holding has been produced using air process heaters that we provide.
 
Our global customer turns out millions of cups using the controlled, reliable and efficient heat that only this type of heater can offer. 

Every year, we supply over one million NGT thermal cut-outs in a diverse range of products. 

These include the Henry Hoover range of vacuum cleaners, hot water boilers, electric showers, the wiring looms inside plant machinery manufactured by JCB and even ski boot overs, which are used to customise the fitting of ski boots to individual customers.
