Our most popular 2,500 items are kept in stock for immediate dispatch from our UK warehouse. We also specialise in sourcing or developing customised parts and assemblies for specific applications.

We support a diverse range of manufacturers in the UK, Europe, and North America – on occasion working with companies from an early stage in their design process and helping them to grow and expand.

We can offer technical recommendations and find specific parts to meet an existing design specification or set of technical drawings. Often, we commission customised parts to precise requirements or work with in-house design teams to explore novel solutions. 

We can also provide flexible inventory agreements and customised consignment programs. This ensures an uninterrupted supply of key components or a quick response to changes in your production schedules.

We advise contractors and service engineers in the UK with the technical information they need to make a quick decision about parts they require. On request, we can suggest alternatives based on the specific requirements of each application or to meet your customer’s budget.  

When offering brands or products that are new to our customers, we are keen to share our knowledge. Our team is ready to make suggestions about alternative technologies or refrigerant options if we think they might be a better option for your application.  

In addition to product support, our technical team offer expert advice on the design of refrigeration systems, and assist customers with heat load calculations for cold rooms or comfort cooling.

Following a management buyout in April 2023, our company is owned by Bay Tree Private Equity LLP. Hawco was previously part of Diploma PLC for 20 years. Bay Tree has plans to invest in the company to enable it to take advantage of new opportunities to achieve growth in the UK and overseas.
