Intended for use with small diameter pipes, silicone rubber heaters can be pre-formed to suit a wide variety of pipework and vessels. Custom designed to any shape or size, these heaters can provide constant temperatures up to 250°C.

Pre-formed pipe heaters can be supplied in virtually any shape or diameter up to 200mm. Thermal limitors can be integrated along with thermistors, RTDs and thermocouples.Â
Heaters can be fixed using separate straps or permanently installed using room temperature vulcanising silicone adhesive or self adhesive systems. Insulation foam can also be bonded to the spine of the heater to help reduce heat loss without the risk of damaging the foam at very small diameters.
