Silicone rubber heater mats can be CAD designed and manufactured to virtually any shape or size. Multiple cutouts can also be included in your design.Â
- Normally available within 14 working days
- Often supplied with adhesive for fixing securely and accurately into place
- Thermal cutouts, thermocouples and controllers can be directly integrated into the heater
- IP64 or IP65 protection
Practical maximum size for customised items is generally limited to 920mm wide or 2000mm long. Maximum continuous operating temperature is 180°C - which allows a generous safety margin for short-term overtemperature excursions as high as 230°C

Prototypes and Small Quantities Possible
Silicone rubber heater mats are be produced using two methods.
