Advantages of Customised Silicone Heater Mats
Robust Production
Fine resistance wires or an etched foil circuit are laminated between two sheets of silicone rubber, which is reinforced with a glass textile to give improved mechanical strengthΒ
Uniform Heating
The close and even spacing of the wires ensures a uniform and accurate distribution of heat across virtually any shape or size.

Chemical Resistance
Silicone heater mats are specifically built with a high resistance to moisture and a multitude of chemicals across a wide temperature range. All products comply with IEC584 & IEC751 standards
Responsive Design
By design, silicone heater mats have a fast response to temperature controls

Designed to Unique Specifications

There are many possible uses for heater mats, ranging from protecting equipment from frost or condensation, catering hot plates or maintaining an ambient temperature in scientific devices. We advise manufacturers on how to acheive the right combination of factors for each application.Β
