The PA300 manual control phase angle energy regulator controls power into a 240V resistive load from 0 to 99%. It is suitable for compact and low cost applications up to 4kW heaters at 240V. This includes short wave infra-red lamps, fan brown heater elements and lighting.
Measures 55mm (height), 55mm (width), 45mm (depth).Â
Shaft diameter = 6.3mm. Shaft protrusion from panel = 25mm. Panel thickness = 2.5mm max. Fixing hole dia = 10mm. Cable length = 430mm min.
In order to have the maximum control power, a PA300 must be mounted onto a steel or aluminium panel for dissipating the heat generated by the controller. The unit metal fascia temperature must not exceed 70 Deg. C.
Heatsink compound must be applied between a PA300-RFI metal facia and the panel in order to meet the specified current ratings.
