Cold resistant and high quality, foam insulation for copper piping serves to protect piping against deterioration. Kaimann's insulation material is extremely energy-efficient and protects against energy being sapped by outside elements, benefitting both heated and cold piping. The material also acts as a barrier against moisture forming between the pipe and insulation, both preventing corrosion from moisture build up and mould forming on its surface.

The insulation is also extremely fire resistant and rated to Class O of UK Building Regulations. Along with being self-extinguishing when set alight, the closed-cell rubber material limits any smoke emissions and prevents melted foam dripping onto other objects.

The highly flexible and long-lasting insulation is supplied in boxes of multiple 2 metre cuts or single coiled lengths to be fitted as needed, intended for pipes of an outside diameter between 1/2" and 1 1/8"
