£3780 Raised in The Big Hike for Cancer Research UK

Nine employees from Hawco and Abbeychart came together to raise £3780 (including gift aid) for Cancer Research UK (CRUK).

Two teams took part in Big Hike half marathons. The first team tackled the Peak District route in June while a second team took on the challenge of the Cotswolds loop in July. 

The Cotswold team had to contend with some high temperatures and over 365 metres of elevation, yet still completed the course comfortably within four hours.

Well done to everyone who took part.
