Planned System Update from 13 to 17 August 2026

We're making some major IT updates to our ordering and warehouse systems. This means we won't be able to take orders between Thursday 13 August 2026 (at 14:00) and Monday 17 August 2026 (at 08:40).

It will also affect our ability to ship after 15:00 on Thursday 13 August and throughout Friday 14 August, as the integration includes a full stock check.

To minimise any disruption, customers are asked to place their orders with us as early as possible on Monday 10, Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 August. This will ensure that their goods are despatched safely before warehouse shipments are interrupted.

We look forward to being fully operational again at 08:40 on Monday 17 August.
