How to Return a Product to Us

First, start by creating a return order request through our website 


1. Access Your Online Account

Login to your online account at www.hawco.co.uk/profile/login.
  • If you haven't used our website before, enter your email address on the login page 
  • If your email address is recognised, reset your password to access your account
If your email address is not recognised, call 01483 869 070 or email callum.shephard@hawco.co.uk for assistance. 


2. Find the Relevant Invoice Product You Want to Return

In your online account, click on My invoices
  • Search for the invoice related to the product you want to return
  • Click View details
  • Click the Return order button


3. Select Your Items

Select the items you want to return
  • State how many of each item you are returning
  • Add a comment to each item or to the order as a whole giving details on why you are returning this item
  • Upload a photo if the product was damaged when it arrived with you


4. Submit Your Return Request

  • Click the Complete Return Request button to submit your information
Next, return your item to our warehouse in Bolton


1. Find Your RMA Number

  • A copy of your return request will be emailed to you. This will include a unique RMA number

2. Include Your RMA number with your Return

  • Your RMA number should be clearly shown on the outside of your shipment 
    Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number and we will return the parcel at the sender's expense. 

3. Send your Package to Us

  • Make your return to our Hawco Logistics Centre, 8 Cranfield Road, Lostock Industrial Estate, Lostock, Bolton, BL6 4SB UK
Please note, items must be returned within 7 days of the issue of the RMA number. If not returned by this date, no credit will be given.

Any returns sent to the Hawco Head Office in Godalming and not the Logistics Centre address in Bolton will be refused. 
This may cause excessive delay in handling the return, or possible loss if your carrier mislays the delivery.
Hawco cannot accept any liability for items which are not correctly addressed or packaged for return.

Other Information

  • Credit or replacement product will only be issued on receipt and Hawco’s acceptance of faulty or damaged items. 
  • Items that are returned which are subsequently determined to have been damaged by the customer and or by their agent may be subject to an investigation and admin fee.
  • In all instances any logistical costs incurred by Hawco during this process will be chargeable.

  • Items ordered incorrectly or that are surplus to requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and will only be accepted within the first 3 months of sale and are still in the original packaging.
  • Items ordered in specifically may be refused entirely.

N.B. No credit will be issued to any surplus items that are received damaged. The customer has a 3 day window to report items that have been received damaged, failure to do so will result in your returns claim being rejected. All deliveries and returns are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions of sale
