To request an item be returned to us, you will need to use your online account to create a Sales Return Order (also known as an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization.)

6. Wait for Authorisation
Your request will be reviewed by our quality control team.
You will be notified by email whether your return request has been authorised.Â
Do not return your package until this authorisation has been received.Â

Sending Your Item Back
If your request is authorised you can arrange for your package to be returned to us.
The outside of your shipment needs to be clearly labelled with your Return Order Number (it will start with the letters SRTxxxxxx). This can be found by either:Â

- returning to the My Account page and click on My Return Orders
- referring to the automated email that confirmed your request
Notes
- Returns will not be accepted without an SRT number and we will return the parcel at the sender's expense
- Any returns sent to the Hawco Head Office in Godalming and not the Logistics Centre address in Bolton will be refusedÂ
- This may cause excessive delay in handling the return, or possible loss if your carrier mislays the delivery
- Hawco cannot accept any liability for items which are not correctly addressed or packaged for return
