Requesting a Product Return

Getting Started

To request an item be returned to us, you will need to use your online account to create a Sales Return Order (also known as an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization.)

Not sure if you have an online account? Visit the login page to check whether your email address is recognised. If necessary, reset your password. 

If you need help creating an online account, email callum.shephard@hawco.co.uk. 

1. Access Your Account

Once you are logged into your online account, click the Account tab from the top right of the screen and select My Account.

2. Find Your Invoice

Select My Invoices from the Account Dashboard menu. 

Find the invoice that contains the item or items you want to return and click on View Details.

3. Select the Items to be Returned

Once you have found the invoice that contains the items you want to return, click the Return Order button

4. Give a Reason for Your Return

Select the items you want to return using the checkbox and confirm the number to be returned.

You must select a reason for the return from the drop-down menu.

5. Provide Any Additional Information

You can use the comments boxes to give further details about your return - or attach relevant files such as image files or documents.  

To submit your request, click the Complete Return Request box.

You should receive an automated email confirming your request.

6. Wait for Authorisation

Your request will be reviewed by our quality control team.

You will be notified by email whether your return request has been authorised. 

Do not return your package until this authorisation has been received. 


Sending Your Item Back

If your request is authorised you can arrange for your package to be returned to us.

The outside of your shipment needs to be clearly labelled with your Return Order Number (it will start with the letters SRTxxxxxx). This can be found by either: 
  • returning to the My Account page and click on My Return Orders
  • referring to the automated email that confirmed your request
Ensure your shipment is safely and securely sealed and return to Hawco Logistics Centre, 8 Cranfield Road, Lostock Industrial Estate, Lostock, Bolton, BL6 4SB UK

Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted without an SRT number and we will return the parcel at the sender's expense
  • Any returns sent to the Hawco Head Office in Godalming and not the Logistics Centre address in Bolton will be refused 
  • This may cause excessive delay in handling the return, or possible loss if your carrier mislays the delivery
  • Hawco cannot accept any liability for items which are not correctly addressed or packaged for return
