For QuickPick items only delivery is free of charge for orders over £50.00

For QuickPick orders below £50.00 a £15.00 delivery and administration fee will be charged.

Hawco offers a next day before 5pm delivery service as standard to all central UK and Ireland addresses.  If you require a special, over-seas or timed delivery please call the sales office on:

Returns Policy

Returns will not be accepted without a Hawco returns authorisation number.  To get your returns authorisation number please call 0870 850 3 850.  Please have your Hawco delivery note and details of the reason for return when you call, as Hawco will require details off the delivery note to be able to issue a returns number (RT Number) and returns address delivery note.

Items ordered incorrectly or that are surplus to requirements may be subject to a restocking charge.

When you have your returns authorisation number, please ensure you send the return to our Logistics Centre in Bolton, the address is:

N.B.

Any returns sent to the Hawco Head Office in Eashing and not the Logistics Centre address in Bolton will be refused delivery. This may cause excessive delay in handling the return or loss if your carrier mislays the delivery. Hawco can not accept any liability for items which are not correctly addressed or packaged for return.
