Hawco was established in 1973 and is part of Diploma PLC which specialises in international distribution businesses serving industries with long term growth potential and that have core focus on quality, customer service and technical support.  The group delivers a turnover in excess of £180M world wide and Hawco represents 15% of this value.

With 70 employees Hawco continues to focus on our customers needs and these remain core to our business philosophy and strategic direction.  Hawco firmly believes in delivering solutions at the point the customer requested and therefore our organisation is structured and empowered at source to make decisions customer facing.  Our policy on continuous improvment means we are constantly seeking new ways to invest and improve our knowledge, products and customers through a detailed cross training matrix and continual investment in the latest technology.

Hawco covers over 7500 active customers within the UK and Europe and deals with on average 3300 transactions every month.  These transactions vary from a single line component to a complete VRF system.

Hawco continues to seek new acquisition opportunities where the requirement determines that entry in to a market or product line can not only deliver additional benefits to our customers but also the other companies customers.  This was recently the case with the addition of a Calibration Business Hitek that supports our customers in their continued service.
